25,000 deaths as of 2 days ago. 50,000 are catching it every day. Not sure of the death rate but it is over 10%. A certain minority get severely ill and require an ICU service or equivalent. But the majority can survive if they up their flu fighting game.

They have huge provinces on lockdown. Sn entire family is allowed to send out one person for food every five days. Forget vaccines. Try to treat yourself at home. Don't accept quarantine.

Who are they going to buy food from? That's the concern here I see. If all commerce is shut down, how will mass starvation be prevented? If it's not, people will riot.

They pay truck drivers huge sums to drive into the city at distribution centers. This is an engineered virus with HIV strains included. A little over 10% die. Maybe a similar amount require intensive care. It spreads faster than a regular flu. People who recover can carry the virus and infect others. The virus can live on exposed surfaces like doors and shopping carts for 28 days.

But where do they get the food from? Are farms and farmers not affected by this virus? And even if they aren't or are somehow still able to farm during this quarantine, where's the money coming from to pay for this food when 400 million people are no longer working?

And trucks need fuel and maintenance. How long till that runs out?

China is printing money as is every nation in the EU, the US, the UK and Australia and Japan. No good will come of this money printing. I just hope we get past November elections.

Only 400 million are on lockdown. That leaves 1.4 billion to wotk in the countryside. I believe the real population of China is 1.8 billion or maybe 1.6 or 1.7 billion. They lie about everything.

That would mean a 20-25% reduction in domestic production. Economically speaking, that's enormous. Compare that to what an economic report of a 3% slowdown in productivity means. That amounts to an instant depression on a national scale, and given its focus in an individual cities or provinces... It seems really, really, bad.

Maybe I'm somehow wrong. We should see.

Actually, industrial production is along the coast near the ports. Rural China produces food. Advanced electronics and Bio-medicine companies will relocate near major universities. China also locking down their ports. They make 97% of our antibiotics.
