I have previously reported the case of Dr Noah Carl, a young Cambridge University political scientist whom the once-august university fired for publishing peer-reviewed research on the subject of “race” and for collaborating with like-minded academics. One paper of Carl’s particularly upset the Woking Classes because it turned one of their many fallacious arguments against the biological concept of “race” on its head: it argued, in effect, that the Truth about race will actually Set Us Free. This is directly relevant to the current panic over the Coronavirus, where we see the negative consequences of Race Denialism playing out all too clearly, and even possibly dangerously.
In 2018, Carl published an article in the journal Evolutionary Psychological Science entitled “How Stifling Debate Around Race, Genes and IQ Can Do Harm”, April 28, 2018.Whereas Leftists insist that we shouldn’t discuss “race” because the “harm” that this might do—in terms of encouraging “racism,” giving “fuel” to “racist” groups, and challenging “equality”—Carl countered that not discussing it can potentially have worse consequences than acknowledging “race”
Firstly, if you believe in the Blank Slate view, then you may make Soviet-like attempts to improve humanity, which only make things worse because “human nature” is strongly genetic. Secondly, if we are all genetically equal in our intellectual capacities then the the only way that a group, such as Ashkenazi Jews, could have been so successful would be through immoral behaviour, providing people with an incentive to persecute them. Thirdly, if you don’t acknowledge race and do not research medical conditions suffered from disproportionally by specific races, and you do not take race differences in medicine-responsiveness or alcohol or disease resistance into account, this can actually lead to needless deaths. Fourthly, if you suppress the discussion of “race,” you might find that, for example, fear of being accused of “racism” caused officials in Rotherham in northern England turn a blind eye to, and even cover up, the fact of gangs of Muslim South Asian youths grooming and raping teenage white girls. Similarly, Carl notes that when parents in Oxfordshire, where there were also Pakistani grooming and rape of white underage girls, asked why no arrests had been made. the police actually said frankly that they were under pressure not to arrest Pakistanis in case it looked “racist.” Thus race denialism actually caused harm—repeatedly.
Of course, there’s another consequence of suppressing the truth about “race:” it can cause people to be more racist.
What if there were a deadly virus spreading around the world that had started with a particular race? Inevitably, rational people would do everything they possibly could to avoid that race. You wouldn’t socialize with people of that race. You wouldn’t shake hands with people from that race. Indeed, you’d cross the road to avoid them.
This is exactly what’s happening, so we are told, with regard to Chinese people and other East Asians, due to the fact that the Coronavirus started in China.

The truth:
