US Attorney General Bill Barr on Monday announced the DOJ is declaring war on dangerous “sanctuary city” policies.

Barr made the announcement at the National Sheriff’s Association Tech Conference

Not that I'm a fan of the policy but if 8 remember correctly, their are constitual provisions prohibiting feds ability to sue states...mayhaps I am mistaken

If they take federal money, then the states are screwed. They have lost suits where no money is given. If you tell a sheriff to do something and you gave him no money, then that can be resisted on the basis of slavery.
