I agree whole heartedly on this score. Tie them to a post and light the fires.
I work with a guy that was in prison 10 years for molesting an underage girl. He did the whole ten years. No time off for good behavior. It seems obvious once they found out why he was in there he got no rest at all.
Even the guy they caught for arson on the Catholic church here in town only did 3 years out of seven. :-/
