Very abstract.

The discussion and theories about the non-physical realm of electric energy -- "vibrations" and auras down to the cellular level which can be good & bad can be something worth contemplating. The theory is legit to certain degrees.

Vibrations and auras are why dogs, people, and groups sense individual or group "moods" - whether benevolent (like the old hippie events and Christian prayer meetings), OR chaotic (like Democrat Mob action and their pro-Abortion protests.) This "vibe" may even "sense" a mood or vibe of a forum -- yes, like this one or at FR.

Also discussed: the Placebo vs. "No-cebo" effect and the power of perception, conviction.

HOWEVER...

Some premises are very questionable, pure wishful thinking, and basic Hinduism....

We do NOT "create our reality."

We are NOT necessarily "waves" in a world "community," nor part & parcel of a "central" WHOLE. Nor is our "vibration" affecting thoughts and events ELSEWHERE.

We DO ALSO exist and act in the "Physical" realm.

Lastly, at no time does Dr. Bruce Lipton account for and concede the existence of human Spirit and Soul...and most important, of the Divine Creator. IMO, that makes this entire presentation part Truth AND part Deception.

Those are your interpretations. When I was a child, I concluded that subjects and objects of consciousness always occurred together. No matter apart from Spirit and no Spirit apart from the body.
