Cryptocurrency markets plunged following a plummet in oil prices and further sell-off in stocks.

The market capitalization or entire value of cryptocurrencies was down $26.43 billion from a day earlier at around 1:17 p.m. Singapore time, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com. The sell-off worsened as the day went on.

Bitcoin, the biggest cryptocurrency by value, fell over 10% in 24 hours at around the same time.

Everything's bleeding red today, US, Europe, Asia, oil, metals. $2.5 trillion+ just disappeared like a fart in the wind.

Only folks making out today are the people trading options on the VIX. Last I checked, WMT & the dollar stores were up a little, but the day ain't over yet.

Big loser seems to be oil, so far... YEE HAW!!!!!!!!!!! Just like the good ol' days, except gold ain't doin' sh!+ either.

Gasoline prices don't usually change until a Thursday rolls around. Interesting to see how much the price per gallon drops by Thursday next week. Of course a lot of that is gas taxes.
