Love them old movies, but this particular one seems to mimic my life so closely, it's hard to watch. Really like Sci-Fi as long as it's not human-vs-human s#it.

I think some of the best movies came out of the depression era. A couple of them that might be available on EweToob are "My Man Godfrey" and "Merrily We Live" both are awesome movies. ~1932 the bottom of the "Great Depression".

I'm in love with with the late Ginger Rogers, but she's trapped in the Sony 400 disc DVD changer that was hit by lightning a year or so ago (lost almost everything electronic).

I have seen both. Godfrey is on YT but not "merrily we live."

I've got framed replica stills of both them on my "mantle".

Contance Bennet and Carole Lombard (from FTW) were both lovely gals. The bridge across (whatever river, not the Maumee) was the Carole Lombard Memorial Bridge.

Now it's the mlk memorial bridge. Yeah, I know what I was doing. Kill me.

I'M STILL HERE YOU BASTARDS! (Steve McQueen, "Pappillion".)

The Carole Lombard Memorial Bridge over the St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne was named after her.
