I saw a story about a guy that was a bus driver in California. He makes $25,000 a year but cannot afford to rent because rents are so high. He lives in his van. He is lucky on that count since so many are set up in tent cities. ;)

Because of the greed of the financial and real estate industries and the thousands upon thousands of smaller investors that cannot get enough of gain on their properties, taxpayers should pony up.

Think about whom we are subsidizing.
