President Trump has frequently said that he loves Wiki Leaks, and today he has granted full pardons to Julian Assange, Edward Snowden & Bradley Manning.

As Chief Executive the President can surely order gov officials NOT to enforce GCA '68, NICS background checks, and other illegal infringements.

Check the date. Today is April Fools Day. This holiday was originally a French holiday. The old calendar had this day as New Year. The King sais, "Only a fool would celebrate this as New Years Day." And the court jester got it going from there.
