Then why isn't the public allowed to have it? Even those who have been using it for years to treat lupus and rheumatic arthritis can't get it anymore, and not for scarcity either.

In that Orange Man good, Some governors are bad. Cuomo good in using hydrooxychloroquine in test. Cuomo bad in prohibiting druggists from prescribing it to those who not only need it but whose lives are at risk by denying.
