Still a young man. I was doing a lot of physical things back then. I have fine tuned my immune system. Not afraid of a virus. I get lots of ECGC (from green tea)and Quercitin (dietary sources.) They are both ionophores which means they carry zinc ions through the lipid layer of the cell wall where the zinc, a well known ant-viral, stops the virus from replicating itself. I also take kyolic twice a day, the limit on vitamin D-3, I take a gram and a half daily of C plus 2 grams of liposomal C. I also eat ginger,turmeric, black pepper and curry powder daily. I feel sorry for the virus that enters my body.

Sounds good! I've got colloidal silver I'm making myself, good heavy milk which should have good vitamin D content, good sunshine where I am, Echinacea & olive leaf extract. I do want to get some zinc sources. Certainly I'm late on that last one as the virus is now in my town with 16 confirmed cases so that means there's probably 160 or so asymptomatic cases running around town + however many mild cases that pepple are just sitting out at home who aren't reporting it because they don't want to be dragged into some military hospital. There's a double digit chance I'll be infected within the next 3 weeks, I'm guesstimating.

I was getting a supplement at Suzanne's Natural Foods. It was Cayenne, Garlic and Parsley. The parsley helps keep your stomach settled.

I talked with Suzanne and she told me they could mail order anything I wanted. I can pay with postal money orders.

Not getting out there now since I go the other way for wound treatments. That doctor scared hell out of me telling me he wanted to shoot foam into my legs to fill the capillaries. How is the skin supposed to get nourishment if the capillaries are filled? ;)

The parsley keeps you from smelling like a bulb of garlic and has long been used for cleaning/freshening the breath when eaten raw. It's always on the plate at finer restaurants.
