San Diego Sheriff brags about giving out $1000 fines to people for sitting in their cars at the beach

We really need an explanation of social-distancing rule in California. . . As we told you on Friday, its apparently against the law to operate a paddle board by yourself in the ocean because of the states new social-distancing rules:

But its totally OK to gather in large numbers right next to each other without a mask if youre at a Farmers Market:
