Maybe the last hope they are willing to accept. How embarrassing it must be to be a democrat right now. First Hillary in 2016, and now Biden. Tulsi Gabbard would be a far superior choice, but for my part, I'm glad to see she's not going to go up against Trump. She'd probably lose and damage her chances for future runs.

That was just a Beto test. If he doesn't have too many bugs as an in-House app, they may roll him out as Presidential nominee ver. 24.1 or 28.2 with improved "populism for everyone" rhetoric.
His programmers are all back in school doing some remedial training in the USA 2021 coding environment to prepare for building the prototype they hope to sell to senior management. Those with a sharp eye on the political market are aware that the board of banksters are not happy with current Democrat senile management performance and so expect that the current direction is likely to be obsolete within the next year.
