This article says that only 5% of small businesses received any of the Payroll Protection Program money.

I know of a couple of sole proprietor businesses that got none, and another is waiting to hear from his bank if he's going to get anything. I suspect he won't.

But a relative's business with ~25 employees got over $450,000!
