Video footage out of Staten Island shows a woman being driven out of a grocery store by an angry mob because she’s not wearing a mask.

The clip shows the woman surrounded by other shoppers as they yell and cuss at her.

“Get the fuck outta here” and “get out” the crowd screams at the woman while pointing towards the exit.

https://twitter.com/i/status/1264721468761481216

“The viral video is part of a wave of social shaming on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites, aimed at people not wearing face masks in public places,” reports Newsweek.

New Yorkers have been required to wear masks inside grocery stores and while using public transport since April 17.

Reaction to the video was mixed, with some decrying the actions of the mob but others vehemently supporting their behavior.

“Cool. Finally. Cuz at this point, a maskless person in an indoor place is like a shooter pointing his gun at me,” commented one respondent.

“Not wearing a mask during a pandemic is like not wearing a seatbelt in a car,” claimed another.

As we highlighted earlier, in Italy the left-wing government has announced it will recruit 60,000 citizen snitches to enforce “social distancing.”

In the United States, it looks like that won’t be necessary, as an army of volunteer Karens are willing to perform the same role for free.

I'm devastated by your opinion. I am also impressed by your honesty. Holler when you turn 21, I'll buy you a beer.

I was in Manhattan once in late 90s when driving straight truck to pick up back haul to Chicago area.

I walked up the hill to find a restaurant for lunch.

There was a Marquis that said, "THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW".

He was a freak then and I hear he is still a freak. ;)

seems you two have a lot in common.

Cyni is likely olde enough to be your Grand Daddy.

The way I understand his posts he was in that age group that went to Korea for the war games there in 1950-52.

I would venture to guess he is maybe 20 years older than myself. ;)

Seventy long years ago this month. The Air Force had so many draft evading volunteers that I was not called until Sept.

Take a read of this...

A year later I joined Steffes and that Sq. Did two alert tours in Far East as A bomb crew member. Steffes went on to be a two star General, I stayed a PNC for four years.

Wears mask in house when in my quarters. NOT TO PROTECT HERSELF, RATHER TO PROTECT ME.

Thanks, OM. Unless you're wearing that stick to your face shit hood positive pressure stuff, masks are just a feel good thing.

Went for physical past week, everyone in clinic wore a mask, including doctor, not so much for themselves as for my protection. I appreciated it.

I have my physical aka semi-annual checkup tomorrow with my doctor, Grandma, and it will be telephonic. Should I wear a mask?

I went in last week for the labs/blood draw. I'm healthy as an ox with my reckless lifestyle.

89 is coming up fast in rear view mirror.

My Dad passed away 11 years ago at the age of 90.

He went back to Chicago with my sister. He just wanted to live in her house and play Grandpa. But she had him put in a nursing home.

She told me he still owed $10,000 at that nursing home after he died. They likely made her co-sign for him or they would not have taken him.

Now she is dead from cancer so that nursing home is stuck holding the bag.

Both of my sisters are dead from cancer before their 60th birthdays. The twin is buried in Kentucky and the younger one in Chicago. :-/

Olde Man, my telephonic doctor's checkup lasted 13 minutes.

My lab work shows elevated blood sugar levels and he wants me to go back to the lab for another blood draw within a week. Could be a possible indicator of diabetes. I think my dad had something similar and he modified his lifestyle and got his numbers back to normal. I'll do the same if I can.

As for my smallcox diagnosis, he said it's terminal.

Asked the doc how his college son was doing. He told me that he's doing online stuff, but like the rest of us he hates this crap.
