When you apply the affirmative action rules to the process what's the necessity that blacks know what they're doing ? Wrong. Give people regardless of race the opportunity to get the proper education so that they have the skills to achieve the highest place in their respective occupation of choice.

As a society we need to raise everyone's expectations of themselves. Make America Great Again !

When I worked for State of Illinois, they wrote up one of the black guys for swearing on the job site. He got a day off.

He grieved it. When he went to his grievance hearing he told them, "They got us pissing next to trucks and behind trees like dogs. You think there ain't gonna be a little swearing going on out there?"

He won his grievance. ;)
