Alcohol has detrimental effects on the fetus every single time. I work with a couple of guys who have bad mental retardation. One has the mentality of a six year old and the other is not much better.

The latter was in front of the baling belt where he had a large roll of paper that I had cut off using a box cutter. He was rolling up the paper AWAY from the belt.

I told him to roll it up TOWARD the belt so he did not have to carry it. A little common sense also goes a long way too and I do not think he had much of that. ;)

All I know is when I was a kid in grade school I saw some papers on teachers desk that said I had an I.Q. of 120. That seems above average to me.
