Aunt Jemima survived 130 years: the Great Depression, two World Wars, the Civil Rights movement, Vietnam and 9/11. But the brand has finally been cast aside by Quaker Oats - which is owned by Pepsi - due to its "racist past" at the hands of today's relentless cancel culture.

"We recognize Aunt Jemima’s origins are based on a racial stereotype. While work has been done over the years to update the brand in a manner intended to be appropriate and respectful, we realize those changes are not enough."

Quaker Oats is absolutely evil. As soon as I got rightist in the late 80s and discovered AFA Journal, the company was constantly making evil headlines in terms of its sponsorship of hateful trash TV etc.

How does anybody have the brains to build or run a massive corporation like and manage to do brainless, boneheaded stuff like this cancel? Ah, it's ALL about destroying the past to control the future (Orwell).

Aunt Jemima seems nice. I don't think I would buy "Auntie Laqueesha" brand with a crack whore on the box.

To be replaced by... Aunt Pelosi? Or maybe Aunt Warren.

Will they not be happy until all references to Black & Indian people are erased from American culture? All portraits, all names.

Hey, what will they do when they figure out that many American states were named after tribes or at least have names provided by native American tribes?

Here's what it says about Idaho:

Possibly from the Plains Apache word for "enemy" (ídaah), which was used to refer to the Comanches.[31]

Louisiana was named after France's King Louis. Since we're tearing down statues of tyrants, it seems Louisiana needs the state government needs a complete replacing due to it's tyrannical origins that taint its workings today.

These states must be renamed.

Washington owned slaves. I suggest we rename the US Capitol "Scumville" and the State "Doofusland".
