It's upon us here in South Carolina. Looks like a swarm of tiny tiny brown locusts, and smells like a herd of wildebeests.

(OK, I made up the part about the smell. That was inspired by my wife's supposing that we might all contract some nasty African diseases from inhaling the dust.)

We had an area Engineer named Ben Kan. We called him the Wildebeast.

One guy was dumping he Vactor in the empty lot next the yard. Some guy walked up on him and old him he was not allowed to dump there.

He told him, "My boss's name is Ben Kan and he told me I could dump here."

Of course his real boss was named George Jones and he was the yard Engineer. Jones was a Serbian guy. His real name was Jovic.

One of the Heavies, his kids were dumpster diving in Jones' trash at his home. They found some incriminating evidence and turned it over to prosecutors. Not sure if anything ever came of it.
