Protestors mowed down by police vehicle like ragdolls

DETROIT (INTELLIHUB) — Protesters from the Black Lives Matter movement were mowed down and flailed through the air by a police squad car on Sunday evening after being told to make way by the officer driving.
The unruly crowd taunted and terrorized a police officer attempting to make his way down a public street before one marauder smashed the rear window of the vehicle which prompted the officer to respond by punching the gas pedal to the metal striking the protesters with a 5,600-pound vehicle.
Protesters could be heard screaming and panicking in response to the officer’s actions people tumbled to the ground like rag dolls.
A closer look at the video reveals the rear window had been smashed.

There was a protest in Fredericksburg, Virginia last week. Two separate incidents that I know of where women with children in their cars were surrounded by a large crowd of protesters, one at least, much larger than seen here. The 911 call for one of these was on national news. The woman told the woman dispatcher what was happening and the dispatcher said the police couldn't do anything. They were told to stand down apparently. The woman in the car would have to call city hall. She was incredulous. "But I have my little girl in here and she's scared." Soon she began shrieking they were on her car, yelling to the rioters "get off my car!", over and over, and the dispatcher told her she would have to slowly move out of there. The woman said she couldn't; they were in front of her car, and in back of her car, and asked what would happen to her if she continued to go forward right through these people. Apparently that was not allowed. She did eventually make it through.
The other was a video of a different car that had a woman and an infant in it. Her car was totally surrounded front and back and one side by a very large crowd, the driver side was just a little more sparse. She was on a bridge and people were yelling, "Throw them in the water! Throw them in the water!". One white guy was crouching beside the driver's side and holding his arms out as if to protect the car, when some young black thug stepped up and smashed the driver's window with a skateboard. I found out later the woman was able to finally get out of there safely, but we should probably all travel with a gun on the front seat, I'm thinking.

He was convicted in a state court of hit and run, the first-degree murder of 32-year-old Heather Heyer, and eight counts of malicious wounding, and sentenced to life in prison with an additional 419 years in July
They were setting all kind of precedents with that contrived protest. I wonder if they were shutting off that avenue of defense as well.

This ain't exactly China. Ever been near an operating tank? Not much chance of doing a lot of damage to a tank while in a mob. They did probably $5,000 damage to that vehicle. The back window alone probably will cost $1,200 to repair.
He should've backed up to finish the job.

I suppose I should count myself lucky when I used that Puerto Rican as a target in Chicago. But then he wanted to put a crutch across my windshield. You know that wasn't going to happen.

I wouldn't WANT to hurt anyone, but after watching that video of the mom whose car was surrounded and window smashed, and that video of hoodlums dragging screaming victims out of their cars and stomping on them and then taking their cars, I would want my kids to defend themselves and their children ANY WAY THEY COULD. When people join a mob of thugs, they need to expect to reap any consequences that might come with the territory... imo.
Self defense is a primary instinct and right.

Self defense is the one right we have that cannot be undermined or taken away. It is a God given right to protect one's own life.
When the Mexican General Santa Ana tried to take away the cannon that Texicans were given to defend themselves from Indians, the people of Gonzales told the Mexicans, Molon Labe or come and take it. ;)

I would. I'd give ANTIFA and BLM all the explosives, grenades and guns they want.
All the detonators would have a zero time-delay, all the guns would have occluded barrels, missing locking lugs, way over powered ammo, etc.
The dumb-asses would never figure it out.
(Edit) That would make for some GREAT comedy.
