Does socialist/communist Cuba supply people with seeds so they can start that garden? Then you would need arable land to do it.

When I lived in Illinois I was doing custom garden tilling jobs. There were community gardens and those were a flat rate. Everything figured by the square foot. If it were rocky soil there was additional charge for extra wear on the tines. I wonder who is doing those jobs now? ;)
