NY has 119 billionaires. If half of them moved to Florida, they would have to give street thugs the right to raise taxes like the Roman tax franchises. You get to keep half of what you extort from the public.

Of course we have cops writing bogus tickets. California cops gave out $500 tickets if the front of your car touched the limit line which is even before the crosswalk. Glad I left there.
