They have floods now on both the Yangtze and Yellow rivers. They were devastated by the African Swine flu and then Armyworm and now by locusts. There was a drought in the north. They have more than the 1.4 billion people they claim.

Food is so scarce that people scavenge thru the many garbage dumps looking for food for their pets.

China has built large cities trying to get people moved in from the countryside but to no avail. Those large cities are deserted.

With those types of infrastructure you need much more to support that many people living in close quarters.

On the old days, Sikhs would beat on the peasants with bamboo poles to keep them moving. ;)

India will soon surpass China with mouths to feed.

In India they are cutting the forests so rapidly that Cobra's are coming out looking for food and it is causing a panic among the people. For centuries the Cobra's have evolved eating smaller prey. And cutting the forests has reduced their food supply. So you can see the impact human activity has on the surrounding environment. ;)

The Mongolians were liberal economists and decided to set the price of rice low. Unfortunately, the price was set lower than the cost of production. Chinese wound up eating babies and small children.

My source is Borisov who said the minimum estimate is that 3 million Americans starved to death in the 1930s. It could have been a lot more but the US had poor records back then. I have met elderly sharecroppers born in the 1930s who were born at home without birth certificates.

I think this would include cases of malnutrition. You need protein to have a functioning immune system. In fact your body cannot store protein like it does fat. That is why eating excessive amounts of protein at any one meal is a VERY, BAD IDEA. Lothar Wendt back in the 1940s said excess protein is stored in interstitial spaces around your organs. Not good.

Starvation is bad because you have no store of proteins. Your body will cannibalize your white blood cells. The last part of your body to be cannibalized would be major organs like the heart and the brain. That is why the legs atrophy from starvation before the heart is damaged. The immune system goes first so any flu epidemic would wipe out the poor folk. Death would be listed as flu not starvation.

Those people whose airplane crashed in the Andes Mountains ended up eating some of those who were killed in the crash. There was a doctor among them and he said if you do not consume protein you would starve. He was the first to partake. Eventually all of the survivors ate the dead. :-/

Those who commented on the link provided doubted the Russian source and suspect he was trying to deflect from real starvation in the Ukraine at the same time.

Cities during the Great Depression had soup kitchens so there was no reason for anyone to die of starvation. In the dust bowl states there were deaths from dust pneumonia and malnutrition, which is not exactly the same thing as starvation.

(Way back when the question of Obama's birth certificate, or lack of one, was being discussed, it was revealed that the State of Hawaii would accept affirmations in lieu of even years later due to the prevalence of home births in the rural areas.)

I saw something online that purported to show Obama's birth certificate being deconstructed. But that was quite some time ago, maybe a few years. So this thing has been out there. ;)

The question is, why was it faked. There is no reason to falsify an official document. The mere act of doing so invites scrutiny. I've often wondered if it was just a deep state tactic, to flaunt their power and discredit anyone who questions it, since they know their true believers would eat dog shit in mass ceremonies on a regular basis if they were told it was a way to assert their individuality or whatever the f**k it is they believe in (which, for the most part, seems to be overcoming Daddy issues).

I would say that starvation and malnutrition during a Depression were the same. In the 1930s very few Americans lived within walking distance of soup kitchens. 5 cents to tide a bus would be better spent buying a pound of hamburger.

Stanley Ann started college in the State of Washington within weeks of giving birth. IIRC she might have had a layover in Vancouver between Hawaii and Seattle. Remotely possible she gave birth there instead of Hawaii. No evidence to back that up.

Malnutrition causes wasting, stunting, underweight, and deficiencies in vitamins and minerals. Children in particular much more vulnerable to disease and death. Not the same as starvation.
