He is such an extreme case I'm having to suspect he's putting on an act. Do ppl ever reach this stage of dementia without constantly stammering, drooling, farting or whatever?

I suspect it's what Obongo did as well. How could he ever have thought there were 59 states and all that? If he organized this spying campaign on Trump even his stuttering et al might be fake. Obongo always acted weak and diffident -- was this real or was it memorex?
