The importance of this nomination is huge. Current nominee Amy Barrett agrees with Dershowitz, and states that Jacobson is holding law and allows government to set aside the Constitution under the guise of a health crisis.

It appears that the western nations are falling like dominoes and heading Trump's way. The UN and WHO are applying pressure with a little help from the IMF.
