Good show, Horse -- thank you. Can't remember ever hearing of this sect, or of any that were so totally communal. I watched about half of it. What does Hannah decide in the end?

Of course the camera crew spends a lot of time following the only jew in the entire mvt around -- Bernard. All British Bernards are jew -- that goes for much of the continent (in my studied opinion incl GBS).

Simply great -- who could disagree with it except a bunch of media scribes and pharisees? She's obviously very happy and well-adjusted. These ppl speak as I think most did before the TV age. Look how much horrible worldly BS they miss with their wholesome lifestyle. Love my puters etc but I'd also love to be liberated from 'em.

I almost feel disappointed to hear how much separation there isn't between the Bruderhofers and the world. Silly and crazy that commenters would whine about the (non-)differences in clothing etc, huh? Ppl are so brainwashed it's pathetic -- peecee flows in their veins. I guess we'd better not ask how 'liberal' these folks are -- the Quakers are infamous that way. (Totally different tradition, yeah.)

I did think the documentary emphasized way too much the theme of Hannah's trial exit. The Medianites are so berserkly bent on destroying everything natural and normal, with a major focus on killing the 'traditional' family and everything rightly or wrongly associated with whiteness.
