Powell joined the Rush Limbaugh Show on Monday to tell guest host Mark Steyn that the states should rethink their eagerness to certify the election results given the “overwhelming” evidence of election fraud.
“I think the evidence is going to be so overwhelming, and I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to rethink it very seriously. Because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud,” Powell said.

Powell also noted that if Chief Justice John Roberts refuses to take up this massive case, he should be impeached.
“If that isn’t big enough for him to take the case, he should be impeached,” she said.
Powell said Sunday that she and Trump’s legal team have accumulated a staggering amount of evidence showing Trump won not just by hundreds of thousands of votes, but millions of votes.
“We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose,” Powell said.

Whether or not a case is taken up is, I thought, determined by the USSC court as a whole. I believe a 4 justice minimum must vote in favor for the court to take cases. The USSC chair cannot vote unilaterally one way or the other.
Or am I missing something? I would expect a lawyer to know that much.

If this is the case, I would expect it to be revealed in the GA hand recount, which is due by the end of Wednesday.
We should see GA flip for Trump in a huge way. If that happens, and the initial error is deemed to be due to faulty electronic counting, it should force a recount in all states that use the same software, though a lawsuit may be required in states in which only provide for an auto recount when margins are < 0.5% or whatever.
Trump needs GA and 2 other battleground states -- any 2 -- to win.
