While I believe the election was stolen, the prospect of Trump prevailing via court should be viewed realistically. I doubt that courts, including the USSC, will reverse state's EC votes or disqualify them unless the evidence of fraud large enough to turn a state from Biden is "beyond reasonable doubt". Scattered evidence of fraud here and there will be accepted, but won't compel a court to throw out election results if they don't indicate fraud on a large enough scale.

Supposedly there was to be today released evidence from Rudy of substantial vote fraud, but it's not happened as yet. GA is supposed to be finished its hand recount by the end of tomorrow. Unless he and/or Trump's high power attorney really has something as they bragged about, in my view, Trump's best shot at winning will lie in the hand recount totals from GA.

If GA's hand recount shows Trump won the state by a substantial margin, say exceeding 1% or more, then it will indict the Dominion counting systems used in other states and that evidence can be used to give cause for a hand recount in other states using dominion. That would give me hope that Trump can win.

But if the GA hand count does not certify a win for Trump, then getting the other states to recount will be much harder.

I'm really waiting for the GA results due tomorrow. To win, Trump needs GA and 2 other contested states. A bit of a tall order, but if anyone can do it, Trump can.
