If so, then what measures are in place to ensure the same fraud won't happen on the new recount? Are there R poll watchers on hand in every precinct in the state that weren't there last time? Was the last count not done by hand whereas this one will be?

If Trump can pull this off, he'll be hailed a hero on par with Hercules, and I'll be as awed as anyone. But so far as anyone is saying, at least, this 2nd recount just seems like a desperate search for more uncounted ballots and not a search for evidence of corruption.

Dunno. Maybe Sidney is pursuing something behind the scenes, but right now we're just spectators watching a movie play out and are pretty helpless to do anything other than complain about corruption.

The NSA reads EVERYBODY's communications, so the fact that the dems were planning to stupendously cheat was no secret. That Trump was decreed to lose -- and that he agreed to -- is the only thing that would explain 1) Trump's failure to do more to prevent the cheating in the first place; and 2) Biden's hardly campaigning (notwithstanding his dementia gaffe-proneness).

But on that point, I'm with Horse and saying no way. All evidence I see is that Trump wasn't supposed to win in 2016, and the Deep State has been in damage control ever since. Yes the election was stacked against him -- it's why Hillary warned Biden about a month before the election not to concede under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. She knew the fix was in and all Biden needed to do is keep his trap shut.

Trump did err, however, in underestimated the size and depth of the swamp. I don't think he ever truly appreciated what he was up against. What could Trump do about the cheating? Elections are handled by states and there's very little one guy can do in a country that's 3000 x 2000 miles in size. On top of that he warned of fraud with mail-ins for the past 5 months. Hindsight is always 2020 but no, Trump had so much against him from MSM demonization, big tech censorship and skewed search results, being outspent, a pandemic & lockdown causing massive drop in economic out put and even then they STILL needed massive ballot box stuffing to beat Trump.

Things don't always go the way the bad guys want. It didn't go their way when Hillary was defeated. And given the huge effort it took to steal the election this time, I'd say it really didn't go according to plan this time either. They would have preferred that no ballot box stuffing was necessary, but it was, and in no small way, and because of that, they now got some 80 million Trump supporting Americans convinced that the deep state is very real. They don't want that. At all.
