At 10:10 PM on Sunday night Judge Timothy Batten again issued a temporary restraining order for 10 days against the destruction of evidence.

It makes sense. Defendants argued that they didn't have jurisdiction over the counties so it was reversed. Plaintiff, then argued they could amend the petition to include the county officials so the court reissued the order.
