A metal monolith was reported to have appeared on a scenic location in northern Romania on November 27, a week after a similar structure was reported in Utah’s southeast.

Local newspaper Ziar Piatra Neamt reported the finding on a hill near the archaeological site of an old fortress overlooking the Bâtca Doamnei lake. The monolith was between three and four metres tall and appeared empty inside, according to the report.

The discovery was reported one week after a similar structure was found in remote desert in Utah by pilots with the state’s Department of Public Safety, which was reported to have disappeared from the location on Friday November 27. Utah police said they would not investigate its disappearance, according to local news reports.

This one looks cruder -- looks like somebody scribbled on it with a steel scouring pad.

The problem with phony stuff like this, is that aliens are not going to use pop rivets.

Just saw the ridiculous video. Come on... they are not even trying.

For about 3k, I can make one with the right dimensions and I am going to put it on my property and pretend that I am simply not capable of creating such a hoax

Aliens don't seem to be very good at welding.

Apparently "lith" means "sheet metal" in Neo Greek.

"lith"

My Dad was a Lithographer for Rand McNally. The company decided to move to Kentucky but Mom did not like the idea. So they sold the house and moved into an apartment in Chicago.

When we were in grade school he drove past the school yard when we were playing outside. I went to run after him and the crossing guard nearby stopped me.

I bet he didn't even realize what he was doing at that time of day there.

But when I grew up I was in this place about a block away named Carol's Pub. One night two black guys walk in and try to buy beer with the old paper food stamps.

The bartender hollered, "Get the hell out of here!"

One of the black guys starts shooting off his mouth. The doorman was this stocky little guy with a beard and biker chain for a belt. He knocked that guy out with one punch. The other ran for the door. He hit him in the back of the head and he fell up against the doorknob. They threw them both out in the street. ;)
