Yes they avoid political conflicts and conflicts involving other branches of government, including states.

They have several other suits involving fraud to deal with, some filed today.

In other words the Extremes are totally useless when they're not being evil. We have just been JEWED and JEWED AGAIN on this!

Ridiculous. They are the court of original jurisdiction for conflicts between States.

They are indeed. The Supremes need several thousand Amicus briefs dropped in their laps over this issue. ;)

All we need to recall is what Ahmadinejad of Iran said, "The Israeli regime is illegitimate and needs to be erased from the face of time." ;)

We have only begun to fight

I was in a local bar in Chicago. They had a good 3-piece band.

This guy from the other neighborhood dropped a cigarette on my straw hat and burned a hole in it. Later on, one of the guys with me flipped his cigarette in his face and another buddy punched him in the head.

He got thrown out and then he said the wrong thing to a guy out front and he got punched out. He was lying on the sidewalk with his arms stretched out telling that guy, "C'mon, c'mon." The guy was hitting him while he was down.

Now how else would you define stupid? :-/

I am disappointed that they haven't taken this one.

Shame on both of us then. We're both old and grizzled enough to know better than to go looking for justice in a country where there is none anymore.

I know the SC's excuse for not taking the case, but I think it's much simpler than that, they're afraid of retribution from the leftist nutjobs like Antifa/BLM. In a word, COWARDICE.

SCOTUS REJECTS Texas Lawsuit! Here’s Why THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONGSHOT!!!

I think this is a bunch of happy-clappy horseshit. The only truth I got out of this is when he opines that the SCOTUS is afraid of Antifa/BLM @ ~14:00.

Republican legislators WILL NOT man-up and elect their own electors (see above paragraph).

Eff his "Stockdale Principle." We're screwed.

We used to work skinhead concerts in Chicago. It was white skinheads and black skinheads. They didn't get along.

We had a saying about working those shows, "Grab 'em by the shorthairs." ROTFLOL

Trump has been targeted even before he was in the Oval Office. during the campaign in 2016, he found out his HQ in NYC had been bugged. This is known as #Spygate.

Obama and the Dims caused that little fiasco.

Trump then moved the whole operation to New Jersey.

And then we see Pelousy and the Dims move to initiate impeachment. When impeachment is brought up in the House all other business is put on hold until the impeachment is settled.

This was simply more of the same in the Dims purposely throwing a monkey wrench in the works.

Trump and his administration have been the most maligned in history.

IMHO, Trump is the greatest President since Ronald Reagan. He successfully ended the Korean War and brought peace between Israel and several Arab states.

For these accomplishments alone he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. ;)

I kinda think so. Harris/Bidet oughtta make Jimmy Carter seem like a cake-walk.

H/B will fix that.

I wonder if they have recovered the USS Pueblo? It has been tied up at a dock in Pyongyang since it was seized in int'l waters in 1968.

Plus I heard the Norks fired another missile into the Sea of Japan recently.

I sincerely doubt that H/B will launch any kind of military program against the Norks for fear of pissing off the Chicoms.

At least Trump had the stones to drop inert bombs in the mountains of the north to show we had the upper hand and that their air defense systems were useless. ;)

Four encores with that song. It really brings back some memories from the 80s and 90s when working concerts with cheering crowds and women wearing spandex pants.

BTW, I still have my Peace Patrol T-shirt from Woodstock 94. It is one of the few bits of memorabilia I have left from back then.

I was collecting guitar picks. I had several 35mm film containers of them in my old dresser drawer in Golden City but you know the story about my furniture disappearing. ;)

Like when I visited England last year and everybody drove on the wrong side of the road. And they couldn't talk right. And the electrical outlets were all funky.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of music out there in all styles that use the "F" word.

But one night at Medusa's in Chicago I was standing in front of the speaker stack. An older woman came from backstage. She looked right at me and said, "You good looking man. If you're staying in own, you're staying with me." And she kissed me right on the lips. That was the last I seen of her. I figure she went to the bus and passed out.

Most of the band members at Medusa's were pretty young so they needed a chaperone along. That was usually Mom. LOL

My life insurance policy expires in February. The new monthly premium would be ~6x the old. True story from three weeks ago:

Wife: What are we gonna do without insurance?

Me: Save a lot of money.

Wife: What if you die?

Me: Then you can re-marry.

Wife: I don't want to have to break in a new man.

Me: Anybody my age is gonna be already broke in.

Wife: Who says I'm talking about somebody your age?

That was a true story. I wasn't too smart to buy term life insurance 15 years ago. Self-employed with a stay-at-home wife and lots of children. I even bought medical insurance for several years until mulattocare drove up the price from stratospheric to exospheric.

That was a true story.

Very sorry if I was indelicate. Same thing happened to my mother. The insurance agent had the audacity to tell her that she "lived too long."

I was there. I didn't know Mom had done that. By that time, I had set my business aside to take care of my waning family. I sure as hell didn't know some old texting granny was going to try to kill me.

The MDs pronounced me dead, my lovely wife of 25 years ran off with ~2mil and here I am today. A tired old man afraid of nothing. Except maybe my yard. I've supposedly got the 'Rona, I feel OK for a dead man.

I wish I could write a book, I could maybe give Tom Clancy a run for his money. Well, non-disclosure agreements, etc.

Damn, my time with Punk (Pam) ~ 30-40 years ago seems like fun. We were in some damn hairy situations, but the 40-year filter screens the bad times out, I guess.
