Those voting machines have a paper tabulation roll in them in order to match votes, to what is on the screen for verification. When I voted in Ramsey County, our Dominion machine had the paper roll removed. You get a receipt, and the machine does the tabulation. When I called the Secretary of state’s office I was shouted down about the irregularities.
