I remember many years ago, mail in votes were only for military out of their state, overseas, civilians working overseas and students not living in their state.

When I was in the military I voted by absentee ballot, Darkie.

It seemed to be efficient from my receiving end and I assume my vote was delivered by the USPS and eventually counted.

When I was Judge of Elections in Chicago, we received absentee ballots sent from military all the time.

I think what they are objecting to here are mail in ballots that look like they were produced by a copy machine and only having one vote cast, and that was for President. ;)
