I had a hard time recalling the proper password and when too many codes are requested, you are locked out of the system for too many requests. This happened to me twice. And you must wait until the following day to try again.

But one time when working for State Highways and leaving the yard at Midnight for Night Patrol in winter, I was heading south and a street lamp put glare on the windshield. When the glare cleared there was a guy laying in the road with a bicycle.
I cut the wheel hard right and just missed hitting him. I thought someone had already hit him so I called for ambulance. I must have torn up four feet of snow on the shoulder with the plow.
It turned out the guy was bicycling drunk and hit a crack in the road and fell over. He likely already had a DUI and figured he was safe riding a bike. Little did he know or expect a truck to be out on the road at that time of night.
They sent the ambulance back to the barn. I was a wreck after that one, and had to stop for a cup of coffee right afterward. :-/

The Duo security stuff is even worse: Log in to your computer, then it texts a code to your phone, which you have to put into your computer, lol. God forbid you still had the Duo app running on phone from last time, because it is displaying old code, but requesting new code doesn't work, you have to enter password on computer again and let it send you new code (which works, provided you closed phone app prior to this cycle.)
I suppose the next great breakthrough in security will be the anal probe...like a retina scan but much more painful. Phones will start getting smaller again, quickly.
One chick wanted me to give her the log ins for my email. I told her, "No."
She protested. I told her to get lost. ;)
A guy I know gave his debit card and PIN to his girlfriend. He's out hundreds, if not more. He changed his PIN. Next thing you know he was trying to change his card number because she wrote it down and was using it for credit transactions (no PIN needed).
