It won't work. Even if legal, the political energy it would take is enormous. No judge is going to rule in Trump's favor even if the case had merit. Biden is president and he'll remain so until either the 4- year term is done or he resigns/retires/dies.

In the meantime the Dims are planning on impeaching Trump again in an attempt to keep him from ever holding public office again.

I doubt that will work either since impeachment is a tool to REMOVE someone from office. ;)
