It is not that bad. Texarkana had 8" of snow with temperatures several degrees about 0F. However, it is sunny today and in two days the temperature will be above freezing and should in the 60s in less than a week. Basically 3 days of snow and very cold weather for Texas.

Maybe it is a little worse than I first thought. Although most of it was still covered with snow, yesterday I could see little of my sidewalk. However, it started snowing again and now all of my sidewalk is covered up with snow again. It will get above freezing tomorrow but per the weather forecast, it will be another 6 days before it is 60 F degrees.

People are driving on the streets. However, I have been staying inside but the cold and snow are beginning to annoy me. This much snow is most unusual for Texas. I've lived here for 15 years and I don't recall ever seeing much snow; let alone this much.
