In 1907 foreigners were burned by corruption in the US NYSE and pulled out. If they did that again, we could see some serious problems if they bought gold or silver or even cryptos. Even if they converted back to foreign currencies, the Dollar might not survive a spike in silver, gold, cryptos and the Euro. That could increase velocity as the Dollar Devalues setting off the first leg in the run to Hyperinflation.

Used to be that foreign buying/selling was a contrarian index, i.e., the foreigners were always wrong.
