It is all good. It will take $5 trillion to bailout the state and city pension funds in democrat states such as California, Illinois and Massachusetts, and cities such as Chicago.

Every pension in fund in Chicago and Illinois took a hit, except Chicago Teachers Union. Illinois State (SERS) took a 20% hit because of poor investments. :-/
