Americans have 'no right' to carry guns in public, 9th Circuit Court rules

A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that there is no right to carry a gun in public.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a 7-4 ruling rejected a challenge to Hawaii’s requirement that residents must pass an application to have weapons outside the home.

Hawaii’s law requires residents to show an urgency or need to carry a firearm, the applicant must have good character, and he or she must be “engaged in the protection of life and property.”

"There is no right to carry arms openly in public; nor is any such right within the scope of the Second Amendment,” the court ruled in an “en banc” decision that involved 11 of the panel’s judges.

I live in a state where you can open carry with a permit. I have had the cops called on me once at a gas station. When the cops rolled up they looked me over and then went inside to go scream at this liberal cunt who had called the cops. Screamed about how I could have been shot and how he ought to arrest her for lying.

Cops comes out and then tells me what happened and I was in disbelief. This was around that time that liberals had the idea to call the cops on permit to carry holders to get them killed.

I had a cousin that ran a cigarette vending route on south side of Chicago. He carried a 32.20 pistol. That was a bottleneck cartridge, .38 that narrowed to .32.

One day a black kid tried to steal cigs off the back of his truck and he was shooting at him.

Another day he was going down a side street on near south side. Three black guys stepped out in front of him. One had a pistol. He floored it. They put four rounds in left rear of truck, driver high.

The boss was mad because the stock got torn up. He said, "Screw that. The stock saved my life." But he was dead a long time before his mother passed away. :-/

This surpasses open carry and includes concealed carry. Its a blanket ruling declaring that taking you gun outside your home is not a right upheld by the second amendment.

The right to keep and BEAR arms is infringed.

This should be of great concern to all. Especially as Biden is asking the SCOTUS to disregard gun confiscation court cases for people deamed mentally unfit.

Theyre literally coming for our right to defend ourselves.

Why don't the police justell such morons it's legal? How is it a problem. I once went to dinner in Monroe with a group who wore their guns -- nobody blinked at 'em. But that was decades ago in the history of ameriKan stupidity.

Actually, I am not too sure what killed him.

My one cousin told me when his Dad died the cops went in where he was living and they were carrying guns out by the basketful. He was a gun collector. But he made no plans for posterity. What would happen if he died? Now the cops got them all.

But I worked with guy that was a guard at Cook County Jail in 1968 when MLK, Jr. was shot and killed in Memphis.

One black guard, because he has a good job, was able to get a mortgage on a 4-flat on near west side. When the news hit that King was shot and killed, they cancelled the leaves for all the guards.mm

He lived on 2nd floor. He opened the door to go to work and a black guy was standing on the landing below. He was ready to light a Molotov cocktail.

He said to him, "Whatchoo think you doing?"

The black guy said, "I'll show whitey. I'm gonna burn down this building."

The black guard pulled his pistol and killed him right where he was standing.

My friend said, "How are you going to explain that?"

The black guard said, "When they come along and pick him up, it's just another dead nigger."

The good blacks call the bad blacks nuggets too. LOL
