Fwiw, here's Steven Crowder's show from the day the trial started. I'd never seen the whole encounter until then. It appears to me that St. George had this encounter off the hook out of control from the git.

If the autopsy is correct, he had enough fentanyl in his system to kill 3 people. The prosecution would be within its rights to attack the accuracy of the autopsy but not to ask the jury to disregard it without giving a reason. The judge should not have allowed it.
