Does anyone honestly believe that these people aren’t brokering money behind the scenes so they’ll vote a certain way and enrich themselves in the process? Do you think that Joe Manchin is actually going to be a bulwark against communism? I can tell you right now, he’s going to roll over in about 5 minutes after his wife comes home from her new job and says “Honey, I have a problem at work.”
