His failure to appear warrant was for being a felon in possession of a firearm and apparently waving the gun at people. Turns out he was in trouble but too stupid to not simply own it.

Since he is black, I'm sure some liberal judge would let him plea bargain the gun charge down to trespassing or something.

She was a bystander and was not even one of the officers with her hands on the guy. She was stressed out as she stopped using the command voice and went to a shrill frightened tone.

I teach self defense and it is easy to spot when someone is afraid. Why and what she was afraid of is the question I have. The taser being a thing happened last year here in MN and it has happened on more than one occasion. She looks right at her gun. You can see it in the camera footage by how she cants it to the left to check it. She then shouts taser three times and shoots.

There was something wrong with this from the word go. I wonder if it was something else going on as he was supposedly washing a car on a rainy day. Expired tags are actually not something you get pulled over for due to Covid. A .40cal glock will over penetrate which makes me wonder how the passenger in the car survived without injury.

The timing of this could not be worse and nobody is asking why the kid was afraid to go to jail and get bailed out the same day.

The kid had warrants out for him because he used a handgun to threaten some chick as he choked her for her rent money. He was a thug, and a liar. His mom lied on national TV saying he was pulled over for an air freshener. He was also being hunted by a bail bondsman for his failure to appear because he was a coward who would not face up to his responsibilities.

So that is why he tried to run. Willing to bet she was stressed that he was going to pull a gun. Which he could have. But instead of the taser, she drew her gun because her stress level was too high.
