That situation is in the toilet. No cash to buy a laptop. Harder than hell to get any cash from that dang Conservator, even though Social Security says there are no holds on my account. :-/

I am afraid that will not work. She is my payee. That should explain things well enough.

She pays my rent, city utilities and gas. I get stinking $100 weekly stipend which has been ruthlessly cut back from $195 just a few years back.

The only way to get rid of her is to get a statement from my primary care physician that I am able to handle my own finances.

Then Legal Aid in Joplin will send a lawyer to get rid of her. :)

I checked at Wally World. They have a Gateway 14" laptop that has the slot to plug in chip from digital camera for $189 plus tax.

Now it is just a matter of pulling teeth with that tightwad Conservator to get the cash. :-/
