The mayor of St. Louis says having more cops won't prevent crime, and she's used her first month in office to introduce controversial reforms including defunding the police.

The real problem: walk into any police station and you see dozens of cops just walking around and talking, few are on the street, I live in a county with 90,000 people and there is only 5 cops on the street and a dozen in the station plus 15 cars sitting in the parking lot that never move is two weeks.
