There were homeless people living under a RR viaduct in South Bend, Indiana.

Mayor Pete Butthead dispossessed them of all their worldly belongings and hauled it off to the dump.

In California homeless are living under interstate highways.

Rents are so high in California that many who are working cannot afford to pay rent. So they live in a tent or their van.

One guy is a bus driver who does not make enough to pay rent. He sleeps in his van and takes showers at the public campgrounds in the area. I am thinking he might do some cooking on a grill outside.

There are so many homeless, in some places they are camped out in the street in the same areas under the interstates.

It is a crime that goes beyond the scope of unreasonable.

It makes you think about how anyone can get along out there. They even find used needles lying in the street from those addicts who are shooting up.

The whole situation is despicable. :-/

I was thinking about how much commercial real estate is no longer needed due to a lot of office jobs now being done from home. It seems like in a city like San Francisco, much of that office space could be profitably converted to residential. Of course that won't happen, I'm just wondering what excuses the elitist left will come up to prevent it.

But when I lived in suburban Palatine, Illinois, the cops set up a listening post in an empty apartment in building next to mine. They tapped the phones on maybe 30 Mexicans for dealing dope.

Every night at midnight a cop would show up to pick up reports. They ended up busting a bunch of them.

One morning after the Bulls won one of their Championships. This car full of Mexicans came flying around the corner and side swiped the rear of my pick up.

I was sitting on the throne and the neighbor was hollering for me to come out.

They must have flattened a tire and went behind the pizza joint to change it. I caught them at gas station at corner and flagged down a County squad car. I told the cop what happened.

He walked up to the driver side of the car full of Mexicans and said to the driver, "Why didn't you stop?" The Mexican behind the wheel said, "Oh, I don't know." The cop said, "Now we're talking right." LOL
