Just this past week he took a powder on his globalists buddies' transgender politics by not saying a word about prohibition of born men in women's sports.

Abbott also wants a Constitutional Convention. If that were to happen, all bets would be off. We could end up with an entirely different form of government than the tri-partite form we now enjoy.

The last one to be convened in 1789 was a re-organization under international bankruptcy law. The British had been counterfeiting Colonial Script which made it worthless.

The original reason for convening the Con Con was to rewrite the Articles of Confederation. But that idea was scrapped in favor of a new Constitution.

When the new Constitution was presented to the Delegates, several of the States refused to sign without a Bill of Rights. This gave us the first 10 Amendments. The first spells out our rights, and the second spells out how to protect those rights, with an armed citizenry.

Since the windows of the Pennsylvania State House had been boarded up, when the Convention was over, reporters asked Ben Franklin, "Mr. Franklin, what have you given us?" Franklin replied, "A Republic, IF you can keep it." ;)
