A lawsuit has been filed in federal court against the state of Minnesota for withholding Second Amendment rights for those individuals under 21.

The action, Worth v. Harrington, was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation on behalf of a number of plaintiffs including the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus, Firearms Policy Coalition and three private citizens in the affected age group.

Defendants are John Harrington, commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, plus three county sheriffs, Mille Lac County Sheriff Don Lorge, Douglas County Sheriff Troy Wolbersen and Washington County Sheriff Dan Starry, in their individual and official capacities.

That is the best way to get at them. They have no business keeping people who are under 21 from purchasing long guns. ;)

Old enough to be drafted into the military, but not old enough to buy a gun or even drink beer.

or even drink beer.

They tried lowering the drinking age in Illinois. But there were so many more DUIs that they raised it back up. Substances of any kind are addicting.

I was hit by a drunk driver when out on snow and ice at my turn around point at the County Line. The guy hit my driver side fuel tank, the spring hanger poked a hole in the tank and there was diesel all over the road.

The right front wheel and suspension was pushed against the firewall and the engine was still purring like a kitten.

One of the firemen said, "This guy is really messed up." I told that to the cop. He said, "That's all I needed to know." He went to the hospital and ordered a blood draw. That guy still might not be driving. LOL

If they're old enough to be armed in the military, they're old enough to be armed on the street.

The sooner a child is taught any learned skill (reading, writing, math, arms' handling, driving a vehicle) the sooner they become proficient.

MN was a white wonderland, but that was too perfect so they've turned it into a diversity commie hellhole, one of the most embarrassing aspects of 21st-c. Xmerica. When I used to pause the radio dial on NPR half the most offensive material was provided by MN PR.
