That doesn't matter. So what if a few million die from lack of water, there are far more people than needed anyway.

Maybe you need to team up with Bill Gates. He wants to reduce the world's population to a "more manageable level" of 250 million.

Explain that to the Chinese or Indians. There are a billion of each in those countries. [_

If they or anyone asks, I will be happy to tell them.

It is common that the population of a species will fluctuate and many things can result in a large reduction. It is estimated that the Toba eruption 75,000 years ago reduced the human population from a million or more to as little as 20,000. Our species could have gone extinct since it takes a certain population to avoid excessive inbreeding and avoid going extinct. However, since humans survived, no real harm was done.

If Yellowstone erupts perhaps a billion people could die and billions might die when the Ice Age returns sometime in the next couple thousand years. However, that doesn't matter because in about 90,000 years there will be another intergalactic warm period and the population can recover.

It will matter if earth is hit with 20 mile diameter asteroid because that will wipe out the human species most other life on earth except perhaps certain iron eating bacteria living a couple of miles below the surface.

It is like rolling the dice. You get what you get. And the same thing goes when you are born. Some people get the smarts, and others, sometimes with mitigating factors, get a whole lot less.

I work with a guy that is in his 70s, but he has the mentality of a 6- year old since his Mama was a drunk and the alcohol affected him in a negative manner.

We lived together in a group home. We didn't get along and the Manager wanted to give me dope to keep me calm. She even said, "He doesn't like the way it makes him feel."

I filed a complaint with the DEA. When they go in there and audit her pharmacy and she does not have a doctor's order for everything that was dispensed it will be heavy fines. Not on her, but the Corporation. That will come back on her, count on it. ;)
