My sister in Chicago told me several years ago that they demolished all of the CHA high rises in Chicago and moved the blacks out to Section 8 housing in the suburbs.
She knew a woman out there who was a police officer. She told her, "Things are not the way they used to be." Many of those blacks are into petty theft and drugs. Where the drug consumers are the dealers follow. ;)
